Organized by the Hong Kong Institute of Education, supported by the Hong Kong Heritage Museum and the Hong Kong Museum of Art, it was an informal curriculum development project to promote teaching and learning beyond school boundaries. A series of workshops and activities had been organized for twelve participating schools with focus on the cultural phenomenon of their local communities and students' interaction with it. The project was concluded with an installation art exhibition and an integrated arts performance held at the Heritage Museum in June and July.
