Thematic Galleries (1) & (2),
Hong Kong Heritage Museum 27 November 2002 - 12 May 2003
Featuring artefacts, photos, interactive games and audio-visual programmes, this exhibition gives visitors the chance to examine and explore the lives and roles of women in Hong Kong in the 20th century - from the older generations to their modern counterparts. Focusing on three aspects - work, family and leisure - the exhibition also describes the challenges that women have always encountered and the ways that they search for help.
