LATEST OPENING ARRANGEMENTS FOR HONG KONG HERITAGE MUSEUM

Starting from 14 September 2020 (Monday), Hong Kong Heritage Museum will partially reopen exhibition facilities. Special arrangements and precautionary measures will be implemented to help ensure public health.

 

Special arrangements

˙ Special opening hours from 10 am to 5 pm daily (closed on Tuesdays except public holidays). Visit by sessions with limited admission, each session for 2 hours:
10 am - 12 noon
12:30 pm - 2:30 pm
3 pm - 5 pm
Daily issue of admission slips before opening of each session at 10 am, 12 noon and 2:30 pm respectively

˙ Children's Discovery Gallery will be temporarily closed.

˙ All public programmes will be temporarily suspended.

Precautionary measures

˙ The hygiene of the facilities will be strengthened, including cleaning and disinfection between sessions will be conducted.
˙ Visitors entering the museum will need to use hand sanitiser and will be subject to temperature checks before admission. Visitors with fever symptoms will not be admitted.
˙ Visitors need to wear their own masks.
˙ Children aged under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

The museum will continue to monitor the situation closely and review the arrangements in a timely manner.
