Opening Ceremony of "The Hong Kong Jockey Club Series: Tsar of All Russia. Holiness and Splendour of Power" Exhibition
The opening ceremony, held on 28 May 2021, was officiated by the Hon Mr Caspar Tsui Ying-wai, JP, Secretary for Home Affairs of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region; Mr Rinchen Rakshaev, Deputy Consul General of the Russian Federation in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region; Dr Sergei Orlenko, Head of the Arms and Armour sector and Curator of Arms, Armour and Artillery of the Moscow Kremlin Museums; Mr Leong Cheung, Executive Director, Charities and Community of The Hong Kong Jockey Club; Ms Anita Fung Yuen-mei, BBS, JP, Chairman of Museum Advisory Committee (History Sub-committee); Mr Vincent Liu Ming-kwong, JP, Director of Leisure and Cultural Services; and Ms Fione Lo, Museum Director of Hong Kong Heritage Museum.
