Zodiac Animals Come Alive – Paper Clay Workshop
Special programme for "The Reflection — Art & Design of Hon Bing-wah" exhibition

Artists often find inspiration in the zodiac animals, making them a common theme in their artwork. To celebrate Lunar New Year, we invited an instructor to teach the participants how to capture the distinctive features of these zodiac animals and create enchanting zodiac animal decorations using paper clay. Infuse your home with a festive ambiance!

Target Children aged 6 to 12 (an accompanying parent is required)
Enrolment A maximum of 28 participants (14 pairs of child and adult) for each session. Enrolment starts on 15 January 2024 at 10:00 am and ends on 26 January 2024 at 3:00 pm. To register, please complete the application form for Education and Extension Programmes (download the form or apply online). In case of over-application, an open lot draw will be conducted. Successful applicants will be notified by phone.

*Note MuseKids who have never participated in a MuseKids programme will be given priority. If the number of first-time MuseKids participants exceeds the quota, an open lot draw will be conducted.

 

Drip, Drip, Drip – Batik Workshop

Batik is a traditional form of craft from Indonesia. The instructor will delve into the artistry of batik and guide the participants to create a colorful piece using patterns with characteristics of Hong Kong.
